Tabris's insistence on seeing him - on how serious she seems - puts Cullen a little on edge. Maker knows, he wishes she'd take things a little more seriously once in a while, but it's strange enough to put him on high alert, so that when he arrives at the designated location, he's tense and ready for just about any kind of bad news.
