"It's exactly why you earned that nickname," Nick says as he folds his arms to keep himself from trying to create some sort of distraction. He decides to save that for later once the both of them get comfortable with the game again. It's been a real long time.

For every time the ball bounces, the corner of his lips tug higher and higher until it becomes a grin that has been been away for so long, it's a wonder it hadn't disappear entirely. He moves to snatch it but Luke is quicker, so he just goes back to folding his arms and tries to look casual (for a guy in a glowy suit anyway).

"Fine. You get two shots anyway. Probably'll need all the help you can get." The act of teasing one another endured even after the world took a turn for the worse, but out right taunting is a whole other surprise, even for Nick. It's something he hasn't done since their gaming days. Unlike activities that involve performing or talking to a bunch of people, there's a slight air of confidence coming from Nick that dares to appear when in a comfortable setting. And he's very comfortable here, even if he's but a shadow of what he used to be.
