The Capitol can be a little bewildering for those of us who come from Panem, let alone you guys being pulled in from other places." She offers a smile that she hopes is friendly and reassuring. "I'm sorry I couldn't help you out more in the Arena, but at least you know what sort of thing to expect for the next one."
