Though Nill has done her best to keep her reputation relatively spotless since she arrived in Panem - and she's fairly certain she has actually succeeded at that up until this point - the idea of letting it get a little tarnished right now is significantly more appealing than doing much of anything Jason says. If it was a matter of just leaving him to be an asshole on his own she wouldn't care, but it's obvious that he has no immediate intention of letting the Avox go, and Nill will be damned before she leaves the Avox alone with him.

She's likewise unwilling to pull out her notepad, because to do so and write would require her taking her eyes off him for longer than she's comfortable with. Because of this she can't properly tell the Avox to go, but she what she can do is crouch down and help them to clean up the shards of glass, grabbing most of the sharper ones so to spare the avox cutting themselves.

She glances at Jason every couple seconds, watching, wings still extended. Nill has been in two Arenas and Jason is still the first person to have this kind of disdain aimed at them from her. She very obviously still won't move from her general position between Jason and the Avox, always shifting whenever he does.
