It sounded more thoughtful. "Well...in my experience, the people of 6 are quiet. They have hollow cheeks and hollow eyes. It's dry, dusty -- not much rain, so they depend almost completely on the rations the Capitol distributes. And though they work hard, there's a substance abuse problem there. Out of the three Mentors I've worked with -- the ones native to Panem -- only one of them hasn't had addictions."
