Jack combs a couple fingers protectively over his mustache, then goatee, and the corner of his upper lip pulls upwards. There's reluctance on his face, because more than anything Jack would just like to plainly say sod the Capitol people and their stupid opinions and fussiness towards him. He couldn't care less about them.

But it's not that simple. Not if the pirate wanted to save his skin in the upcoming Arena -- Jolie had made damn sure he was well aware of that bit. Ugh.
