"He ate people his first Arena," says Stephen, matching Jason's undertone. "Killed other Tributes and ate them. The thing you have to understand is, his mind works in terms of efficiency and productivity. He thinks like a business. That's how he thinks of everything. So he thought it was efficient to eat other Tributes."
