Sergius has been back in the Capitol all of twenty-four hours when he catches wind of Oceana's party and decides to make an appearance. He's never one to miss a party, after all, and since it's been almost two years since he ditched the Capitol for life in District One he's ready to cut loose and get back into the swing of things.
