Well he's not wrong. If given an IQ test Ruffnut would be hard pressed to get farther then putting her name on the paper. His quickly souring mood amuses her though so she nods while he explains his plans. A quick scowl when he mentions her wardrobe falls into place however.

They could too easily be turned into a weapon and considering her past behavior Ruffnut was lucky she was allowed to eat with a fork.
