"You can't talk to people like that!" he insisted- clearly halfway through an argument that had sprung up previously. "You just can't, Sherlock, and I don't care how many inches of makeup she was hiding behind, or how many times she'd had her face rearranged. You just-- you can't. Are you expecting her, or anyone else who heard you to even consider telling us anything in future?"
