Nill's thumbs up gets a thumbs up in return, and a short laugh. It doesn't take too long to drag the thing down to her room, having her fumble with the key as she gets the door open. In some ways, this place sort of reminds her of some kind of dormitory, like the ones you might see on a TV show set in a college.

She'll never get to go to college, and it's a little sad to think about. But Beth doesn't dwell on it, holding the door open as she pulls the thing in, wiping sweat from her brow with a light huff of breath.
