Carlos arrives right on time, shuffling quickly down the street with his hands shoved into the pockets of a heavier, cold-weather lab coat he's acquired for the winter months. (It looks exactly the same as all the others.) He walks up to the pair of newlyweds, breaking into a small but friendly smile.
