Nill couldn't go back either. She died with that island. And unlike people, she hasn't found that places are really rebuilt all that often. It's easier, maybe, to reconstruct a human body than it is to fit together the pieces of a busted town. And even if it still existed, you just... never really went back. That had only happened to Nill once, and the circumstances were so far outside the norm that she didn't even understand it fully, just was distantly aware that it was in fact reality.

She offers a very small smile, and nods her head in agreement, but she doesn't move to write anything else.
