She has a point. Sparing against someone else would probably be more productive, but that's not really what she had set out to do. Regardless, she had discovered that her powers are indeed gone, and there's little point in pushing herself further.

"I was letting off some steam. It's better to beat on this than someone else." She puts a hand on the bag, which might look a little worse for wear but is a far cry from the way she used to be able to split them open. At least this way there's less of a mess to clean up. "I just got here too, I don't really know anyone else."

She certainly doesn't want to fight against her. Sure, she might be able to dodge her for a while, but those claws and teeth would catch up to her eventually. It dawns on her while she's looking up at the dragon that she hasn't even introduced herself. Human or not, there's no reason to be rude.

"I'm Stephanie." She offers, and would shake her hand if she had them instead of talons and scales.
