Bro isn't really expecting Justin to show up, if he's completely honest. He's aware that it was probably unnecessary to kill him, but at that point he'd decided to just go ahead and speed the games along so that they could all get out of the arena. He hadn't really thought about it at the time, and his excuse of 'it's nothing personal' usually held up... decently enough.

But when Justin does appear, and that's his comment, he can't help it- he laughs. Of all the things in his life, he can't imagine underage drinking being the worst thing he could possibly do. "Well damn, I didn't know you felt so strongly about it," he says, raising his eyebrows. "Siddown and have an apple juice or something."
