He's glad Hans doesn't run. It makes it easier, because Kristoff would have chased him if he had. Would have chased and tackled if he had needed to, because he's not letting Hans go until he's sure the man understands the threat.

"I don't care," and he doesn't, not as much as he should. His only concern here is Anna, and Kristoff is levelheaded enough to keep his temper in check for her.
