"Who says I am anti-Capitol?" she asks, perhaps facetiously, although honestly, she feels more neutral than anything else. "I am saying, in general, the only reason to hold things like that a secret is because you are afraid of what other people can do with it. And even the people from here cannot say that they aren't perhaps a little too patriotic at times."
