This is all a game, and at least in this arena she knows how to play it. She's spent years feeding rumour mills for her own amusement, as well as to make her a name that won't be forgotten. It would make it harder to make her quietly disappear after all. And her stylist has been suggesting that she play nice. Nice and sweet and soft, and this may help in the long term.
