She realises almost instantly that she's put him off his game, and it's not just the hug. After all it's not every day you run into the alternate self of your little sister, only to find her to now apparently be the elder sibling. Stupid of her to be honest, but it's been a rough few days, she's allowed to react a little on emotions rather than what makes the most sense.
Still she lets go and Rose steps back. She's good at wearing masks so it's too easy to hide how she feels about seeing him. Some sort of relief that he was ok, that he hadn't gone and done something stupid. And it is nice, to see a familiar face of sorts and Rose knows Dave like the back of her own hand.
Just. Not this Dave. And that's a little saddening, but she's not going to openly show that, instead forcing herself to smile a teasing sort of smirk. "I don't think I've changed that much over the years. Almost the same hairstyle even."
