It was easier when he'd had a chance to know them personally: his Meulin and Mituna and Porrim were very much their own people. It was harder to separate Her Imperious Condescension from the Meenah he'd known.

"That and I didn't necessarily remember his life clearly or in order. It was like putting a puzzle together for a while, until I had most of the pieces. Even now it's not complete, but I haven't had a vision in sweeps so I think I have as much of it as I'm going to get."
