It's not everyday that there are newcomers, nor ones that look like they've had the life scared out of them entirely. Of course for someone so 'afraid' she seems a little too calm overall for the situation and moves a little too confidently.

Not that he really knows much about humans, actually, but he's figured enough from all of his time spent with a mostly human crew he can judge a few things.
