As for the specifics of said backstory, Rokk didn't question them for the moment, taking them as exaggerations of a presumably neglectful upbringing.

He could even take a page from the Legion of Supervillains they'd encountered when fighting alongside the other Legions if he was feeling particularly uninspired.
