There was probably a technical term, but he didn't want to break his flow to call it to mind. He was warming up to his new role as Kevin's pseudo-supervisor (...pseu-pervisor?) now - this was rapidly turning from a desperate ploy to avoid being cannibalized to a genuine performance review. "You would know that, Kevin, if you had paid any attention whatsoever to your debriefing!"
