[Open] And bloody images came back to her mind
Who| Seras Victoria and YOU
What| Seras, District 2 mentor, returns to the Capitol for the first time in years, it's not a happy occasion.
Where| The Tribute training centre and out in the city.
When| Today
Warnings/Notes| Possible language, possible references to past violence
Option A: The Training Centre
[It has been years since she had last seen it and the building, though non-threatening in appearance still has an uneasy presence. This is the place where tributes are brought to learn to kill and die, tributes like Seras once was. When she thinks back to her performance then Seras wonders how she ever managed to survive.
Luck, both good and bad, that was the answer.
She passes the security and into the entrance hall, unsure what she'll find. Tributes and mentors, sure, but she knows some of the tributes she'll be responsible for are still in the arena. Mostly Seras hopes she can put off meeting them a little longer while she tries to think how she can help them. They're not like her these new tributes, these permanent tributes, raised to the knowledge they may be bound for the Arena. These people are alien in so many ways, she's seen the footage of them over the past months.
But here she is, there's nothing to do but get on with it.]
Option B: A Capitol Park
[In one of the smaller of the numerous parks in the Capitol, located not too far from the Training Centre, Seras takes a moment to sit on one of the benches near a pond and watch the ducks swim.
It's cold out here which is no bad thing, it means less of the regular citizens will be out and about and so there's less chance of being recognised. Just to be safe though she pulls the hood up on her coat, hoping to be just another anonymous face enjoying the scenery while she contemplates being back in the city. She's not even wearing her contacts today.]

Training Center - let me know if you want me to change anything
Oh, come on, where did I find that?
no subject
[Seras turns round at his voice and see's Kevin looking down at his tablet and not at her. The quick conclusion is that he was talking to himself and not her which is... a little embarassing actually for her first interaction within anyone in the training centre.]
Sorry, I thought you were talking to me.

[He looks up, sighing.] It's this tablet. I know there's a way to see how everyone's doing. But now I can't find it.

I can help. I think, anyway.
[She walks over and holds out her right hand. The other hangs stiffly by her side.]
Here. If you don't mind.

I found it yesterday. I can't remember what I did.

Capitol tech, they never make it simple, just flashy.
[Seras has had longer than him though to get used to it and she navigates the screens easily. She looks at him while she does. Every year Seras had tried to avoid watching the games as much as possible, which meant still not entirely. She recognises him from these new games.]
I'm Seras. Seras Victoria, from District two.

[He watches what she does closely. He's good at learning things as long as there are no books involved.]
I'm Kevin. So you were at the party on the tour?

Today she arrives in a glittery summer dress with a small parasol, and she sits in what would be the seats for the Gamemakers watching and scoring Tributes. Only Seras, a Mentor, is here today, and Victory is less than pleased by the number and gender of participants.
"Oh, this is so boring." Victory yawns and fans herself, as if all the cooling in the Training Center weren't enough. It's really more for show than anything. She raises her voice so it's impossible to miss. "Boring!"
