Who| Prim & OPEN (Especially trolls)
What| Exploring the city, filling in free time, forever staring at shops and things.
Where| District 12 Quarters, common area, or out in the Capitol. (She's not a tribute, so she's not actually allowed in the gym. :( )
When| Any time during the week~
Warnings| Potentially foul language? UNHANDABLE AMOUNTS OF CUTENESS?
It took a lot to fill a day, devoid of school or work. Sometimes she followed Katniss or visited with Cinna. The rest of the time, when she didn't have a book to read or a ball to bounce against the wall, she went out to the city.
They had a lot of things out there, making her head whip about. She couldn't buy any of it, without relying on her credit card, but she could stare into the windows and mouth her awe. The books in their display cases, the clothes - so many types of shoes and dresses: she couldn't imagine people going through so many outfits, back home. None of the shoes even looked practical.
She had some thoughts about searching out herbal shops, or pressing people for information on the capitol's medication... Somehow, the cake shops and toy stores always drew just as much attention, though. The sweet smells and bright lights... All the things she never could have imagined back home.
Most recently was the tickle-me trolls. Staring at the familiar faces of the tributes, and remembering what it was she had heard from them. How could they be child friendly?

On the other hand, it is another world here, and maybe highbloods don't mean the same thing here that they do on Alternia. Either way, she isn't much thinking about that. Instead, her attention has been caught by the pair of miniature nubby-horned trolls. She's not really sure she wants one, not for certain, but the temptation is there all the same.

She noticed this one's examination of the dolls with a mixture of curiosity and trepidation. After the last one's reaction of ripping out the stuffing... Well, she doesn't look like she's reacting badly.
"Hello," she offered, deciding to test the water.

She is, however, more than willing to hold a conversation, and so she turns in the direction of the unfamiliar voice with only a minor amount of wariness. She might have her clawgloves, but she doesn't think she's really likely to get attacked in the street. Not for simply being a troll, anyway.
"Hello to you, too."

"Are you new?" she asked, looking at her curiously. There was something about her that somehow seemed a little different than the other trolls.

"Is it that obvious?"

"Of course I am," she answered with a smile. "Not efurry troll is the same."

She knows what the most likely answer is going to be, but that doesn't mean she can't - or shouldn't - ask all the same. Just because she knows what's most likely to be the answer doesn't mean she should simply make assumptions.
Wow. Talk about losing a thread. 0,o
