Who: Sandy, Open to All
What: The little girl's been sneaking around late
Where: Anywhere in The Training Center, Particularly District 12 suite because that's where she's headed.
When: Late at night some random night
It's late.
Far late for most sane people to still be awake. Sure many parties in the Capitol go into the wee hours of the evening but most Tributes have to get their beauty sleep after all. There's lots of training to do, interviews to look good for. Might as well not force the stylists to contend with bags under your eyes as well as everything else right?
But in the dimmed lights of the Tribute's Training Center, trying to remain as inconspicuous as possible, Sandy Marko of District 12 is creeping in some time after midnight.
It's a little odd, given that Sandy hates going to big parties that she would be out so late. And there's no WAY her stylist approved of the dark bland clothes she's wearing. However is she going to stand out at night wearing clothes that have the same color scheme of shadows and stone?
Shuffling along as quickly as she can and pulling the straps on her bag tight she makes a B-line for the elevator and the District 12 suite from wherever it is you've spotted her.
******
Once the door to the District 12 suite is closed behind her the scrawny little girl sighs with relief and grins wickedly as if she just got away with something particularly mischievous.
Because somewhere out there in the great big city, she's made her statement and she's proud. Even if she knows it'll be washed away in a day or two.
Then again who knows...some of the bubble headed residents might think her art is neat and try to keep it for themselves.
The important thing was for a rare moment since arriving, Sandy felt like she was actually doing something productive.

She had gone to check on Sandy, as she often did, not that she was worried about her, but it was always a good idea to know where your allies were and she had been gone.
She was back now though before Pruna could give up and go and look for her, and Pruna looked at her sternly.

"I uh...don't know if I should say." She whispered "They might be listening."

She was right though, they were probably listening, she wrinkled her nose, it was probably dangerous then.
"Be coming with me." Said in a tone that she expected the older girl to follow her as she led her way to her room before one of the escorts could wake up and shout at them.

"We will be being quiet be going back to bed."

She didn't know them well. Just that they were district mates.

"Who are you again?" She added trying to steer the conversation away from herself.

A small pause before she added, "I'm Prim."

She wasn't completely convinced she wasn't a spy.

"The capitol sent me here."

"The Capitol doesn't give two craps about what we want or how we feel. If they did none of us would be here."
Opening her eyes she studied Prim uncrossing her arms and pacing around her. "So if they brought you here they had a reason. And if your sister is as important as everyone says it probably has to do with her. So if it wasn't to make her happy..." She glanced back to Pruna hoping the girl was following her logic.

"Victors are very important here. Especially Katniss. She was the last one from Panem." Your pieces are all right, girls, but keep it down. The capitol is listening in.

And just like that the long legged girl led the way to the only place where she thought they could talk without being overheard. The bathroom.

Once they were in there Pruna wrinkled her nose. "Your sister, did she really be winning because she did be being in love?" It was the most stupid thing Pruna had ever heard of her life.

This was not a place to be discussing things. It was quiet, and the capitol could probably hear everything.
