When one door of happiness closes, another opens;
Who| Terezi, the Initiate, the Signless
What| One last ash-date: A final farewell and new beginnings.
Where| Out around the Capitol
When| Backdated, around the 18th-ish
Warnings/Notes|
It begins in the same manner that many of Terezi's other summons have: a note taped to their door, instructions to meet her in a certain location, and signed with a simple grey club. It must be odd to get one of these now, when they're all three aware that this relationship is coming to a close. There's little use for it now, when there's been no trouble between the Initiate and the Signless.
Even so, she doesn't want to dissolve them so suddenly. She wants to see this through to the end.
So when they show up outside the cafe that she invited them to, she greets them both with a grin. "I am kicking you assholes out of the nest," she announces with no small amount of cheerfulness. "I think we can all agree by now that you're going to be okay. But first, I thought we should have a proper date, just the three of us."

This is Signless whom he's going off alone with. This is Terezi whom he hopes not to let down more than anyone. This is the second damn break up he's done in a month.
Still, he doesn't believe there's no reason to celebrate.
"Shit, sister, if you'd gone on at to telling me it was gonna be a date, I'd have up and brought something," He jokes.

"You can give her one of my flowers if you like, I have enough to spare."
This is a good way to end it, he feels. All three of them together, none of them in the middle of a crisis for once and just able to enjoy each others' company.

One step at a time, Pyrope.
Either way, this banter is off to a good start. She holds out her arms, elbows crooked and waiting for and arm to loop through either side. "I have already chosen a place for our date, and I have been told that it is the pinnacle of human dating culture. Which means it has to be at least somewhat decent and not atrocious. Probably."

Then he's on to reaching for Terezi's arm, looping his through hers and bending to accommodate height.
"Your claim is reassuring sister and I am most reassured," He informs Terezi. "AIN'T A FUCKER UP IN THE UNIVERSE WHO IS MORE CONVINCED THAN I OF APPARENT LACK OF ATROCIOUSNESS IN DATES CURRENT AND FUTUREWAYS."
